The loyalty card holder of FASHION COMPANY agrees that its personal data and data on purchases are stored in the central database FASHION COMPANY d.o.o., at the headquarters of the company Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 1115b, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia.
All personal data, as well as data on completed purchases, will be regularly analyzed and the publisher will use them for segmentation, preparation of custom / individual offers, study of consumer habits, surveying, assigning additional benefits and direct marketing. Likewise, the contact information of the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY will also be used to notify about promotional offers and other activities of FASHION COMPANY doo, related companies and their business partners
The personal data manager may, for the abovementioned purposes, process personal data of the loyalty card holder FASHION COMPANY d.o.o. which arise from a particular legal basis and for the purpose of fulfilling their contractual obligations to the same individual from other legal bases and for the purpose of negotiating for concluding other legal bases with the same individual.
Personal data of the loyalty card holder may be associated with the data of other cardholder’s beneficiaries and processed for the abovementioned purposes.
The loyaty card holder, when completing the access statement, confirms that he / she is aware of his / her right to require the operator to update, delete the data, as well as to terminate and suspend the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act by which the physical person agrees with his free and serious will, which is confirmed by his personal signature on the access statement.
Data collection is voluntary. If an individual does not want to leave his information, which is stated in the access statement as mandatory, to the operator, he can not get the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY.
The Loyalty Card holder may, at any time, in writing or in any other manner agreed, require the data administrator to discontinue, permanently or temporarily, to use his e-mail or telephone number for the purpose of direct marketing. The personal data controller is obliged to adequately prevent the use of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 15 days, and inform the holder of the loyalty card requesting it within the next 5 days, in written form or in another agreed manner. The data on the e-mail address or the cardholder’s phone number, which are managed in the computer system, are then deleted, while the card holder’s access statement remains stored in the FASHION COMPANY d.o.o. The cardholder may, despite requests to prevent the use of an e-mail address or phone number for the purpose of direct marketing, to use all the benefits he owns as a member of the Loyalty Program.
In case the holder has a written statement, sent by mail to the operator’s headquarters or by e-mail at customerervice@fashioncompany.rs, she/he requests the termination of the use of all his personal data, that is, those who are considered obligatory, for the purpose of direct marketing, the loyalty card manager FASHION COMPANY will remove it from the card holders database and its card will no longer be valid at FASHION COMPANY sales points, with which the physical person agrees with their free and serious will, which is confirmed by a personal signature on the access statement.
Personal data holder may retain personal information about the cardholder and data on individual purchases for a maximum of 10 years after the card has expired, and 10 years after each purchase.
