Camper has just unveiled the digital and print campaign for its Autumn/Winter 2015-16 collection, the third under the brand’s Creative Director Romain Kremer. The AW 2015-16 campaign is an evolution of last season’s futuristic virtual reality avatars and a move into the extremes of nature.
Taking the environment as inspiration and pairing it with a London street casting, Romain Kremer has traded in Spring/Summer’s gaming characters for a battle ready cast of earthly super heroes. Integrating innovative design with Camper´s respect of imagination, the AW 2015-16 campaign is proposed as double page layouts of portrait vs. product. Each portrait represents one character alongside an edit of the most representative shoes from the collection. Earth’s precious resources; water, gemstones, metal and wood to name a few, have informed the collection and a transposition of these moods are reinterpreted for the campaign images creating a digitally organic universe.
For this campaign Kremer has returned to collaborate with some of last season’s creative talents; photographer Daniel Sannwald, stylist Anna Trevelyan and make up artist Isamaya Ffrench, along with a few new names. The campaign was shot in London with digital and audio treatments added in Paris.
